As Fairmont & Raffles expands participation in Dartlead, your hotel has been invited to complete enrollment and activate its profile.

Enrollment is quick and should take less than five minutes. During this process, you will verify your hotel's information, designate property administrator, and confirm participation.

Additional users, profile management, and sales team training can all be completed after activation.

Payment Method & Invoice

Your hotel can submit enrollment now regardless of payment method. The annual Dartlead participation fee is $1,250.00 USD per hotel. Once enrollment is submitted, an invoice will be generated immediately and the property will appear in the admin dashboard with a payment status.

Recommended payment timing:
Payment is due on or before July 18, 2026. Hotels may complete enrollment immediately and begin setup within Dartlead. Properties with unpaid participation fees after July 18, 2026 may be placed in Inactive Status until payment is received. Inactive hotels will not be eligible to send or receive Dartlead opportunities.

Choose how your hotel would like to pay. The selected method will appear on the invoice and in the admin dashboard so Matthew and the Accor team can track enrollment and payment progress.

ACH

Pay by ACH debit through Stripe secure checkout: connect your hotel's US bank account and authorize the one-time payment. Clears in about 4 business days.

Wire

Pay by bank transfer through Stripe: you will receive account details and a reference number at checkout to send the transfer from your bank. Suitable for international properties.

ACH instructions will be generated after enrollment. The hotel should include the Enrollment ID on the ACH payment reference so Accounting can match the payment quickly.

Once payment is confirmed, an administrator can activate the property for Dartlead participation.
